At Eloriya India, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
After receiving your order, we usually process and dispatch it within 1–3 working days.
During sale periods, festivals, or high-demand days, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–7 working days
- Other cities and towns: 5–10 working days
- Remote locations: 7–12 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on courier service, location, weather, holidays, or other unavoidable delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary based on product, order value, delivery location, and selected payment method.
The final shipping charge, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products.
For COD orders, Eloriya India may call or message customers for order confirmation before dispatch. In some cases, advance shipping charges may be required to confirm COD orders and reduce fake or non-serious orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or order tracking page.
Customers can track their order using the courier tracking number provided after dispatch.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and reachable.
If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, shipping charges, COD charges, or return-to-origin charges may be deducted where applicable.
Address & Contact Details
Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct delivery address, including:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- House/flat number
- Area/locality
- City
- State
- Pincode
Eloriya India will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delayed Delivery
We work with trusted courier partners, but sometimes delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, strikes, high shipment load, or remote area limitations.
In such cases, we will try our best to help you with tracking and courier follow-up.
Damaged Package During Delivery
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the parcel or record a clear unboxing video while opening it.
For any damage claim, an opening parcel video is compulsory as per our return and refund policy.
International Shipping
Currently, Eloriya India mainly ships within India. International shipping may be available on request, depending on location and product availability.
